Anti Ageing facial

Anti-ageing facials are a way to slow down the natural ageing process of your skin. These facials utilize specialized products and techniques that are designed to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, brighten your skin, and give you a more youthful complexion. There are various anti-ageing facial treatments available, ranging from those involving vitamin-infused serums, light therapy, to microdermabrasion.

At Reflections Aesthetica, we offer two types of treatments:

  • Age Reversal RF Therapy: This treatment is like a time machine for your face. It helps to soften wrinkles, lift your skin, and improve lines around your nose and lips. We also pay attention to the under-eye area, enhancing your cheekbones, creating a natural blush line, and rejuvenating the neck and hand areas. All of this combines to give you a more youthful and bold overall appearance.
  • Age Arrest Facials: These facials include options like Medi Facials, Photo Facials, Hydra-facials, and Medic Therapies. They work to maintain collagen and moisture in your skin to prevent further signs of ageing. Even as you grow older biologically, your appearance remains youthful, with fine lines, wrinkles, and dullness kept in check. The frequency of these facials is determined by our dermatologist based on your specific skin type, with intervals of 30, 45, or 60 days.

Everyone desires youthful-looking skin, and as we age, it becomes challenging to combat issues like wrinkles, dark spots, and fine lines without the right treatment. Consult our skin experts to discover anti-ageing solutions that suit your skin type.

It is important to note that beautiful skin is a key indicator of youth, even more so than the absence of lines and wrinkles. However, the visible signs of ageing, often referred to as the “SEVEN SIGNS OF AGEING,” can be influenced by both lifestyle choices and genetics.

Botox – Muscle Relaxers

Botox, also known as Botulinum Toxin Type A, is derived from the bacteria responsible for botulism. It functions by temporarily reducing muscle activity through the blocking of nerve signals to the muscles. Botox is utilized in various medical and cosmetic applications. It is employed to treat conditions like cervical dystonia, muscle spasms in the upper and lower limbs, severe underarm sweating, and certain eye conditions resulting from nerve disorders. Additionally, Botox is used to address overactive bladder and incontinence related to nerve disorders such as spinal cord injuries. In cosmetic procedures, it is used to temporarily diminish facial wrinkles.

The ideal candidate for Botox treatment should be in good physical health and at least 18 years old, although the effectiveness of the treatment can vary from person to person.

Botox can be administered cosmetically in the following areas:

  • The region between the eyebrows (known as the glabellar region) to address moderate to severe frown lines.
  • Around the eyes, commonly referred to as crow’s feet lines.

Furthermore, Botox has received FDA approval for the treatment of various medical conditions, including overactive bladder, excessive underarm sweating, lower limb spasticity, and chronic migraines.

Dermal Fillers

Fillers are a remarkable scientific innovation designed to enhance the beauty and elegance of your facial features, creating a more attractive and aesthetically pleasing appearance by harmonizing, and balancing the symmetry of your external features.

These fillers consist of a gel-like substance made from Hyaluronic acid, a highly hygroscopic compound that effectively hydrates, adds volume, and reshapes the face to achieve a naturally attractive look. Hyaluronic acid’s moisture-retaining properties help maintain skin hydration.

Here is how the procedure works: Initially, the face is thoroughly cleansed, and a local anesthetic cream is applied for approximately 40 minutes. Then, the fillers are carefully administered to the targeted areas. After the procedure, you receive post-procedure instructions, and you leave with a rejuvenated appearance, experiencing minimal discomfort or swelling.

Fillers are used for various facial enhancements:

  • Under Eye Bag and Dark Circle Correction.
  • Cheek Contouring and Face Lift.
  • Lip Augmentation.
  • Nasolabial Fold and Marionette Lines Smoothing.
  • Chin and Jawline Shaping.
  • Temples, Nose, and Forehead Shaping.

Thread Lift

Both men and women are equally interested in this treatment, as sagging skin becomes a common concern after the age of 30. Collagen induction is the technique used to address this issue. In a thread lift procedure, collagen threads are employed to lift and tighten the sagging skin. It’s a single-session treatment that results in the development of collagen within the skin, leading to a lifted and tightened appearance. The full results become noticeable after about 3 months.

Here is how the procedure works: Initially, the face is cleansed, and a local anesthetic cream is applied for approximately 40 minutes. Subsequently, very fine, tissue-friendly nano threads, known as collagen threads, are gently inserted into the skin. These threads function similarly to our natural collagen fibers in the skin and are extremely safe.

Once the threads are fully inserted into the skin, they provide effective lifting, making the skin instantly appear firmer and tighter. Some mild tenderness may be experienced for a few days following the procedure.

This treatment offers several benefits, including skin tightening, skin lifting, a more youthful appearance, correction of skin texture, addressing acne scars, enhancing skin glow, promoting skin rejuvenation, and helping with stretch marks.

PRP Vampire Lift

A Vampire Facial, which is a type of PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) treatment, was originally developed to address age-related skin concerns, hyperpigmentation, and scarring. PRP, initially used to treat pain, arthritis, and bodily injuries, involves extracting platelets from the patient’s own blood and then reintroducing them into areas with damaged tissue.

The Vampire Facial with PRP is suitable for various purposes, including:

Skin Brightening & Pigmentation

Acne Scar Reduction in combination with procedures like Micro-needling and Laser treatments

Anti-Aging treatments or as part of a maintenance regimen

Maintaining Skin Health

Combining with Eye Peels for Dark Circles

Hair Fall & Hair Regrowth in conjunction with Hair Meso Therapies and Hair Booster Therapies

Boosting Hair Regrowth post-Hair Transplant

For personalized advice and treatments, consult with the skin experts at REFLECTIONS AESTHETICA. They can help you identify the underlying causes of your hyperpigmentation and collaborate with you to create a tailored treatment plan. Regardless of the chosen treatment, safeguarding your skin from further sun damage and hyperpigmentation is essential. Daily sunscreen application is crucial, even on cloudy days, with a sunscreen having an SPF of 30 or higher, and reapplication throughout the day is recommended.

7D Ultherapy

Ultherapy stands out as the sole FDA-cleared, non-invasive procedure dedicated to elevating the neck, chin, and brow, while also enhancing the appearance of lines and wrinkles on the upper chest and various body areas. This remarkable treatment employs ultrasound imaging to precisely deliver energy to the areas where it can have the most significant impact, resulting in natural-looking improvements that progress with time.

Here is how it operates:

Ultherapy utilizes ultrasound therapy, a non-surgical approach, to penetrate deeper into the skin for collagen stimulation, surpassing the capabilities of other non-invasive methods. Traditional ultrasound imaging plays a crucial role in this process by allowing practitioners to visualize the layers of tissue being treated. This ensures that the treatment’s energy is directed precisely where it is most advantageous.

The outcome is an increase in collagen production, leading to tighter and firmer skin. Since the high-frequency ultrasound beams are focused on specific tissue beneath the skin’s surface, they do not harm the upper layers of the skin or surrounding tissues.

Ultherapy is generally most effective for individuals over the age of 30 with mild-to-moderate skin laxity. Those with photodamaged skin or a moderate degree of loose skin may require several treatments to observe significant results. However, older individuals with extensive photodamage, severe skin laxity, or pronounced neck sagging may not be ideal candidates and might consider surgical alternatives.

The 7D Ultherapy offers numerous aesthetic advantages, which include:

  • Reduction of wrinkles
  • Tightening of sagging neck skin (commonly referred to as “turkey neck”)
  • Lifting the cheeks, eyebrows, and eyelids
  • Enhancing the definition of the jawline
  • Tightening the décolletage
  • Smoothing the skin

The proven results of Ultherapy become evident over a span of two to three months as new collagen production works to elevate the skin on the neck, chin, and brow, while also improving the skin on the upper chest. The results may continue to enhance over the subsequent three to six months and can endure for a year or more. While it does not replicate the outcomes of a surgical facelift, Ultherapy serves as a clinically verified non-invasive alternative for those who are not yet prepared for surgical procedures.

Anti-Wrinkle Program

As we age, the natural elasticity of our skin diminishes, leading to the development of fine lines and wrinkles. While we cannot completely prevent wrinkles, there are effective methods to delay their onset and reduce their appearance. The Anti-Wrinkle Program is a personalized approach that combines various treatments tailored to the severity of aging signs to achieve the desired outcome.

Here’s how wrinkles form:

Wrinkles are a natural consequence of the aging process. Over a lifetime, facial muscles contract and relax with different expressions. However, as we get older, the middle layer of the skin, known as the dermis, gradually loses its elasticity due to a decrease in collagen and elastin. The subcutaneous layer, the deepest layer of the skin, also loses fat over time. These factors lead to thinner skin with reduced moisture reaching the outermost layer, the epidermis. As a result, the epidermis begins to sag, creating wrinkles. The extent of wrinkles is also influenced by factors such as lifestyle and genetics.

To address persistent lines around the eyes and noticeable horizontal and vertical furrows on the forehead, anti-wrinkle injections can be employed. These injections use Botulinum toxin, a neurotoxic protein that relaxes muscles, preventing the skin from creasing and forming wrinkles. It is highly effective at smoothing out expression lines, including frown lines, forehead lines, crow’s feet around the eyes, and neck lines. This treatment is gaining popularity, with some individuals even opting for it as a preventive measure.

Specific types of wrinkles that can be treated include:

  • Wrinkles Around Eyes
  • Glabellar Lines
  • Bunny Lines
  • Chin Crease
  • Marionette Lines:
  • Frown Lines
  • Eyebrow Lift
  • Top Lip Lines
  • Neck Lines
  • Hyperhidrosis

The benefits of this treatment program include skin tightening, smoothing of wrinkles, achieving a youthful appearance, quick results, flawless skin, regulated sweat secretion, glowing skin, anti-aging effects, and improved facial expressions.
