The Reflection Yoga Studio was founded with the goal of creating a sustainable, spiritually empowered, and deeply inspired community that will provide the groundwork for a spiritual awakening. Dr. Sandhya Mishra, creator of the Reflection Wallness Clinic, laid the groundwork for the yoga studio in 2022, with the goal of presenting programs that educate, enlighten, transform, inspire, and develop community in a celebration of conscious life.
Since the center’s establishment, we have given close attention to preserving the validity of the teachings.
